Dosage and administration |
| over 30 minutes. The usual total daily dose of Lanicera for adults is 3.375 g every six hours or 4.5 g every eight hours totaling 13.5 g. (Plus an amino glycoside) totaling
18.0 g in patients with nosocomial pneumonia or patients form whom Pseudomonas aeruginosa is located. |

Intravenous Administration
4.5 Lanicera Should be reconsituted with 20 ml diluent.
Swirl until dissolved.
